Our Quality Culture.
We operate a quality orientated culture within all that we undertake. This originates from the long standing relationship of having Mitsui & Co. Ltd as a partner - the cultural values of total quality management arrived many years ago. Quality is the very core of our operation.
Product Quality
We rigorously manage our products quality, the emphasis being proactive and preventative.
Prior to despatch from our factories, all of our products must achieve statistically controlled standards at final inspection before exportation. Further random inspection takes place at our UK bonded warehouse prior to dispatch to our customers.
Cost of Quality
We invest in prevention to avoid failure costs throughout our operation. We share our information with you and encourage joint participation of improvement initiatives with our customers.
Ethical Trade and the Environment
CWI operate to and conform to the international standard for ethical trading compliance as stipulated in the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI). All of our factories are audited by internationally recognised and approve inspection organisations. We employ a dedicated management team to maintain our status and they regularly visit all of our factories.
Our factories comply with national and international legislation for the management of waste and by-product disposal.
